Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Various shifts schedules are available. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals.

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures.

  • Analyze studies and notify physicians of significant findings.

  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment.

  • Conduct radiation safety surveys, wipe tests, and dosimetry activities.

  • Process images and documentation using PACS, VISTA, and CPRS.

  • Perform scheduling, patient registration, and administrative duties.

  • Train students and clinical staff.

  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • NMTCB (CNMT) or ARRT (N) certification.

  • A minimum of one (1) year of proven clinical experience in a Level 1 hospital setting is preferred

  • Maintain active AHA BLS certification

  • No sponsorship available

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift

  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist

  • Lift up to 20 lbs

  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance

  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
