Centrally located in Torrance, California, Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care provides sub-acute nursing care, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Our compassionate staff offers individualized care plans for each resident to ensure personalized care is provided to all our patients with a goal to return home.

  • Creating friendly, beautiful surroundings for our residents and their visitors

We understand the importance of creating a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere, whether residents stay for short-term treatment or long-term care.

Job Description

  • Manage and Oversee LVN's & CNA's

  • Assist with Resident Admissions and Discharges.

  • IV Management

  • Resident Assessment and Care Plans

  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care.

  • Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members.

  • Additional Job Requirements. The above list is not exhaustive.

  • Make recommendations for revisions of policies, procedures, etc., to the Director of Nursing Services

  • Oversee and assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to assure the continuity of the residents’ total regimen of care

Requirements

Must have a current and active California RN License

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Available Shifts

  • 7:00 - 3:30pm

  • 3:00pm - 11:30pm

  • 11:00pm - 7:30am

Our multiple testing capabilities, including Point-of-Care (POC) testing, are available at every location and comply with CMS and local guidance
