Executive Administrative Assistant - Senior Leadership

New York, NY (In-Office | Must be local)

$35/hour + OT (approximately $72,800 annually based on 40 hours/week)

We're partnering with a premier global financial services organization to hire an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant . This role provides floating support to senior leaders across multiple teams, making it a great fit for someone who is adaptable, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support across multiple business teams.

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across time zones.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.

  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate records.

  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and virtual calls.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and other administrative materials.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Assist with additional administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.

  • Experience in financial services, professional services, legal, consulting, or another corporate environment preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Experience with travel and expense systems such as Concur is a plus.
