Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

Mostly general Urology
-
Open to fellows and new grads
-
Seeing 22-24 patients per day
-
Strong support staff
-
4 days a week at Mission Hills, 1 day a week at Northridge
-
Oncology fellowship is a plus, but not mandatory
-
Must be comfortable doing nephrectomies
-
On call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group, able to take more and get compensated for it

Must be robotically trained

Occasional ER panel call at Holy Cross Hospital

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Unrestricted CA State Medical License (or willing to obtain if out of state)

Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date

Board Certified in Urology

Solid clinical training including ongoing practice

EMR Proficient
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in management or fellowship training
-
FHM or SFHM status
-
Track record of change management and driving outcomes

Understanding of managed care operations including IPAs, ACOs, full risk contracting models or equivalent

Excellent time management skills
The salary range for this role is $384,000 to 672,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
