Novant Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our REMARKABLE team in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Facility: Novant Health Breast Center - Huntersville Location: 10030 Gilead Road Huntersville, North Carolina Position Type: As needed, support needed Saturdays

What We’re Looking For:

ARRT Mammography (M) certification required
-
Prior experience in breast imaging preferred
-
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
What We're Looking For
-
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required.

Experience: One year experience in Mammography, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
-
Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography and Mammography – RT(R)(M), required.

Certified and registered by ARRT in Bone Densitometry – RT(R)(M)(BD), preferred.

Applicable state license, required.

Additional Skills Required: Analytical ability, basic computer skills, good communication skills, ability to adapt to procedures based on age of patient, ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Prepares patient for procedures. Operates Mammography equipment.
