Detailed Description
Description: A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
-
Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
-
Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
-
Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
-
Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
-
Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync's Onsite Support service requests.
Additional Duties:
-
Assist with on-site projects.
-
Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures.
-
Upkeep of work area.
-
Assist Network Team with network appliance installations.
-
Continued technical education.
-
Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
-
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:
