  • $750- on completion of 3 months of employment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group Counseling sessions in accordance with each student's weekly IEP mandates

  • Communicate regularly with parents and team members

  • Collaborate across disciplines to facilitate successful implementation of behavior modification and coping strategies

  • Attend meetings with parents, classroom teachers, and school districts as needed.

  • Conduct and participate in Professional Development for School Staff and Parents, Guardians, and Caregivers.

  • Complete billing and session note documentation in a timely manner, in compliance with company policies and Medicaid regulations.

  • Complete quarterly progress notes and prepare Annual Reports and Proposed IEP Goals for each student's Annual Review meetings.

Required Education & Certifications:

LMSW

Previous experience working with pediatric population and individuals with developmental disabilities helpful

Knowledge of ABA a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
