Job Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group Counseling sessions in accordance with each student's weekly IEP mandates

Communicate regularly with parents and team members

Collaborate across disciplines to facilitate successful implementation of behavior modification and coping strategies

Attend meetings with parents, classroom teachers, and school districts as needed.

Conduct and participate in Professional Development for School Staff and Parents, Guardians, and Caregivers.
-
Complete billing and session note documentation in a timely manner, in compliance with company policies and Medicaid regulations.

Complete quarterly progress notes and prepare Annual Reports and Proposed IEP Goals for each student's Annual Review meetings.
Required Education & Certifications:
LMSW
Previous experience working with pediatric population and individuals with developmental disabilities helpful
Knowledge of ABA a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
