Laser Eye Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the front office operations of our clinic. As a leader in the LASIK industry, Laser Eye Institute is committed to providing exceptional patient care and outstanding surgical outcomes. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our clinic. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and staffing.

Ensure compliance with practice standards and policy.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to front-office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Monitor and evaluate front-office performance, implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an elective setting

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and customer relationship management software
