Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:
As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to deliver unparalleled rehabilitation and nursing services to our community.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to vital signs monitoring, wound care, and medication administration

Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to meet the unique needs of each patient

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and coordination

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and our organization's policies and procedures
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
