Defacto is a fintech company providing instant credit to SMBs across Europe. We lend directly and also enable banks, fintechs, and platforms to offer credit through our API.

Our technology automates scoring, servicing, and repayment—so partners can launch financing products without the operational burden. We’ve already financed over €1B.

SMB lending in Europe is a €500B+ market that remains largely underserved. Legacy systems, high costs, and fragmented data have made access to short term credit inefficient. Embedded finance and AI are finally unlocking it.
