Accounts Receivable Representative

HealthcareSupport Staffing is hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative. The Accounts Receivable Representative will contact insurance carriers to resolve denials, make necessary adjustments to invoices, and resubmit them. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone regarding billing, collections, insurance, and claim resolution. The representative will also be responsible for collecting monies due from patients, insurance companies, worker's compensation carriers, or attorneys.

Key focus areas include Contact insurance carriers to question denials, Make appropriate adjustments or modifications to invoice and resubmit to insurance, and Respond via phone to customer inquiries re: billing, collections, insurance & claim resolution.

Successful candidates bring 2+ Years A/R Experience, 2+ Years Collections Experience, and Medicare/Medicaid Experience. Important skills include Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance Follow-up.
