You’ll design intuitive, developer-focused interfaces that make powerful infrastructure and AI workflows feel effortless. Your work will bridge form and function - turning complex technical systems into elegant, accessible products that developers love to use. What You'll Be Doing Design core product experiences for Daytona’s platform and SDKs Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into clear, usable interfaces Create and maintain design systems that ensure visual and interaction consistency across products Conduct user research and gather feedback from developers to inform design decisions Prototype new interactions and validate ideas quickly through testing and iteration Contribute to Daytona’s overall design language and brand expression within the product You Might Be a Fit If You Have a strong portfolio showcasing product design work for complex tools or platforms Understand developer workflows or technical products and enjoy simplifying complexity Are fluent in Figma and familiar with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing Care deeply about craft, accessibility, and user experience Thrive in cross-functional environments where design, product, and engineering collaborate closely Bonus Points Experience designing for developer or technical audiences Background in UX research or interaction design Familiarity with open-source communities or developer tools Motion design or micro-interaction experience About Daytona Daytona is building the agent-native runtime layer for modern software development.
