What We Offer * 401(K) Savings plan * Paid Holidays * Paid Vacation and Personal Days * Health, Dental and Vision insurance * Basic Life Insurance * Competitive wages * Growth opportunities * Paid Training * Long term job security * Health and wellness * Ongoing training Responsibilities: * Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles. * Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine repairs, brake system repairs, suspension repairs, transmission repairs, and electrical system repairs. * Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements, to ensure vehicles are operating optimally. * Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential safety or performance issues and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance. * Accurately record parts usage and maintain an organized inventory of automotive parts and supplies. * Interact with customers to understand their concerns, provide explanations of repairs, and offer guidance on proper vehicle maintenance. * Keep detailed and accurate records of all repairs, services performed, and parts used, both electronically and in written format. * Stay abreast of the latest automotive technology, repair techniques, and industry trends through continuous learning and training opportunities. * Collaborate effectively with other team members, including service advisors, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a formal automotive technician training program or certification from a recognized institution is highly preferred. * experience as an Automotive Technician is a plus * Strong knowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and computerized components. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools. * ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred. * Meticulous approach to work, with the ability to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical problems accurately. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and informative manner. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and support colleagues as needed. * Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
