Vice President - M&A About Titan Titan is building an AI-native platform for the $300B managed IT services market, acquiring leading managed service providers (MSPs) and deploying AI agents across service desk, security, networking, server administration, and back-office operations. Today, Titan’s agents autonomously perform over 5,000 operational actions per day across customer environments. The company has raised over $90M from investors including General Catalyst, 8VC, and CalPERS, and today employs more than 350 IT professionals across its platform companies.

Our team brings together AI product expertise from Scale AI, Google, MIT, and Stanford with private equity experience from H.I.G. Capital and seasoned MSP executives who have led some of the industry’s top providers. Joining Titan means helping to redefine how work is done in IT Services and building a $100B company.

About the Role We’re looking for a Vice President to help drive Titan’s acquisition strategy - from sourcing and evaluating potential MSP targets to supporting due diligence, deal execution, and integration planning. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and investors to identify high-quality acquisition opportunities, model their impact, and ensure smooth transitions post-close. We aim to close 20+ deals a year.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, source, and build relationships with target MSPs and adjacent service providers.

  • Support the full deal lifecycle - from initial outreach through closing and integration.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, market research, and valuation modeling.

  • Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and technical workstreams.

  • Prepare investment memos and materials for leadership and board review.

  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless post-acquisition integration.

  • Maintain and refine Titan’s acquisition pipeline, tracking key deal metrics.

Who You Are

  • 3+ of experience as an associate or vp level role at a top PE firm.

  • Opinionated and self driven

  • Bonus: experience in IT services, SaaS, or roll-up strategies.

This role offers a $225K–$350K salary , along with a generous equity package .
