Attends 80% of staff meetings and read and initials minutes of all meetings.

Job Requirements
Required

Certificate Other Successful completion of an RNFA program that meets the AORN standards for RN first assistant education programs
-
Three (3) years Perioperative Practice.

Experience in both scrub and circulating RN roles

Registered Nurse: CA
-
Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
-
Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
-
Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS, within 6 - months
-
Certified Nurse Operating Room - CNOR, upon hire
Preferred
-
Bachelors Of Science Nursing BSN
-
Previous first assist experience
-
Experience as RN and First Assist in CVOR, Ortho, Neuro, General, Robotics,GYN, Advanced Endoscopy, Hybridprocedures and urology highly preferred
