◆募集背景 当社では、前払式支払手段・資金移動業務における事業拡大に伴い、コンプライアンス・AML（金融犯罪対策）体制を強化しています。特に規程やマニュアル整備、報告書作成を通じて組織全体の遵法意識を高め、健全な事業運営を支える人材を募集します。 ◆業務内容 報告書の作成（当局向け・社内向け） 社内マニュアル・手順書の作成・更新 社内規程のレビュー、改訂提案 コンプライアンス／金融犯罪対策（AML/CFT）に関する日常業務サポート また、経験に応じて、以下の実務を一部担当 取引モニタリング 疑わしい取引の調査・報告補助 反社チェック、顧客管理業務（CDD/KYC 等） ◆社内システム環境 コミュニケーションツール：Slack Web会議システム：Zoom、Google Meet、ハドルミーティング スケジューラー：Googleカレンダー メーラー：Gmail オフィスツール：Google Workspace(スプレッドシート、ドキュメント、スライド)、Microsoft 365 その他：Kibela、Zapier等 PC：Mac / Windows ◆チーム体制 コンプライアンス本部／15名 -部長：1名 -マネージャー：3名 -メンバー：7名 -業務委託：1名
