Recreation Leader (Per Diem Evenings & Weekends)

What You’ll Do

Plan and lead creative, engaging activities based on individual interests

Support community outings, events, and social experiences

Encourage participation in arts, fitness, music, and life-enrichment programs

Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with person-centered goals

Maintain basic documentation and activity tracking
What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in recreation, human services, or a related field preferred

Energetic, creative, and engaging personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (16-20 hours per week)

Valid driver’s license required.
