About the Role As a Business Development Associate, you will help drive Hive’s mission of making quality healthcare accessible to more Filipinos by managing the full sales cycle and forging high-impact partnerships. As an early team member, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos. The role includes a competitive base salary and performance-based commission structure.

Responsibilities As a Business Development Associate, your areas of responsibilities include:

• Manage and optimize the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to closing SME accounts

• Drive revenue through strategic partnerships by identifying, forging, and managing high-impact collaborations

• Develop a deep understanding of Hive’s product, and incorporate customer feedback and market insight to ensure competitive product offerings

• Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields. Fresh graduates with stakeholder-facing experience in internships and/or extra-curriculars are also welcome to apply

• Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities

• Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions
