Job Summary:

A private practice group is recruiting a board-certified pulmonologist and board certified/eligible critical care provider to join their group in Georgetown, TX.

Qualified Candidates:

  • Board certified pulmonologist and board certified/board eligible in critical care

  • Experience performing ICU procedures, including chest tubes, ICU lines and intubations. Tracheostomy skills desired, but not mandatory

  • EBUS bronchoscopy experience desired

  • Eligible license in the state of Texas

  • Full-time position, joining three critical care pulmonologist physicians

  • Stepping into existing busy patient base

  • 65% outpatient practice with busy patient panel serving the Georgetown community, Central Texas and beyond

  • 35% ICU coverage at St. David’s Georgetown Hospital in a state-of-the-art closed 14-bed ICU and local LTACH

  • Call is 1:4 weekend and weeks

  • Coverage at LTAC as well

  • Practice has an established interventional program

  • Robotic bronchoscopy program available

  • Clinical Pulmonary and Critical Care research available through an established IRB

  • Schedule: 1 week in hospital/ICU service, 1 week covering local LTACH and 2 weeks in clinic
