This flexibility is a major advantage for both recruiters and companies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. Dover isn’t just a marketplace; it's a tech company. We have built an all-in-one recruiting platform. Since 80% of recruiting is administrative and 20% is strategic, Dover provides tools to handle the administrative work, keeping costs low.
