We’re looking for a DSP Supervisor to keep the energy high, the environment safe, and the services running smoothly — all while leading a team that delivers quality care with heart.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in a dynamic Day Program setting
-
Making sure daily programming meets Richmond’s standards of excellence

Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals through educational, recreational, and community-based activities

Keeping the Day Program running like clockwork — schedules, staff, support, and all the small details that make a big difference

Reporting directly to the Day Program Manager and stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving forward
You’ll Fit Right In If You:

Have 1–2 years of supervisory experience (or have completed Richmond’s own Supervisory Training)

Have an Associate's degree with 3 years OR at least 6 years of commensurate experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

Are computer-savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can write clearly and concisely

Know how to balance structure with compassion, and confidence with flexibility

Hold a valid driver’s license (NY, NJ, or CT) with 3+ years in good standing
Bonus Points If You:

Have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare or a related field
