What You Will Do as a Registered Nurse (RN)

You will serve as both a clinical leader and a trusted advocate for residents. You will oversee and coordinate care delivery, assess changing health needs, and guide the nursing team in providing exceptional, person-centered service. From developing to updating care plans to responding to complex medical situations, your expertise will ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. You will also mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment where every team member feels supported and empowered to give their best.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage with various supplemental benefits.

  • Paid time off and sick time.

  • NC Local Government Pension Plan (5-year vesting period).
