What you´ll do

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with owners, engineers, contractors, certified applicators, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

  • Evaluate Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) applications for technical feasibility, plan approval compliance, and constructability

  • Collaborate with Engineers of Record (EORs), Business Development Managers, and Certified Applicators to define project requirements, align technical and commercial objectives, and support successful project execution

  • Lead and promote a culture of quality, customer service, and continuous improvement

  • Conduct job site visits to support project execution and coordinate with sales and engineering teams

  • Represent the company on industry technical committees and support initiatives that advance industry standards and business interests.

  • Prepare, review, and finalize engineering deliverables, including design calculations, shop drawings, specifications, and general notes.

  • Coordinate design and drafting activities with offshore consulting team

  • Prepare and review bid-related engineering documentation, including specifications, general notes, material estimates, and Request for Information (RFIs) to clarify project requirements and support accurate project execution

  • Support innovation and industry advancement through research and development initiatives, participation in technical committees, and the development of technical publications, data sheets, abstracts, and marketing materials.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s or PhD preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data, draw sound conclusions, and develop practical solutions.

  • Experience with FRP systems, specifically in the civil/structural market space for both seismic and gravity load

  • Experience with analytical tools and software (e.g., ETABS, SAP 2000, MathCAD, AutoCAD, etc.)

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex technical documents, engineering data, and design requirements.

  • Effective communicator capable of presenting complex technical concepts to clients, stakeholders, and diverse audiences.

  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including structural engineering principles, mathematical modeling, and interpretation of technical instructions and diagrams.

  • Ability to travel to job sites, conferences, and conventions as needed

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
