The Job You Will Perform:
We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a 2 nd shift position, paying $26.99/hour + $0.25/hour shift differential . Plus a sign on bonus of up to $1000 !

The Skills You Will Bring:
Two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment with at least one year with the same employer preferred. Specific responsibilities include:

Ensuring safe operations at all times
-
Perform set up functions such as removing and attaching cutting dies, zeroing and opening / closing the machine; raising, auto setting, and lowering the pre-feeder, setting the stacker and counter-ejector portions of the machine, recovering ink and washing ink filters, installing inks, cleaning, setting, and adjusting the glue application system, and completing necessary paperwork.

Must have ability to learn KIWI and QMS operating systems and run a quality product. Learn customer requirements and specifications by reading work orders, print cards, and design specifications.

Continually monitoring the quality and quantity of production.

Constant standing, walking, frequent twisting, bending, and lifting from the ground; occasional reaching and crouching.Repetitive lifting up to 20 pounds; frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
You will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as:

Blowing down the machine
-
Cleaning ink systems

Vacuuming
-
Sweeping the machine area

Picking up scrap and general housekeeping
