In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer\x27s computers and networks, ensuring front end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. \n

\n You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer access. The technology focus will be aligned with data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP. \n

\n To be considered for this position, candidates must understand the significance of their role within a 24/7 mission essential TTO and be able to support varying schedules at times to ensure mission coverage. Applicants must be flexible with their schedule and be available to support 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule, working a\x26nbsp;panama style shift:\x26nbsp; three days on, two days off, followed by two days on and three days off, with 12-hour shifts from 5:00 to 5:00. \n

At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support \n

Within the last seven (7) years, at least three (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications \n

\n </li>\n

Demonstrated experience using Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line \n

\n </li>\n

FORNSAT experience is required \n

\n </li>\n

Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems \n

\n </li>\n

DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration \n

\n </li>\n

Basic troubleshooting experience \n

\n </li>\n

Ability to follow basic SOPs and documentation accordingly \n

\n </li>\n

Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies \n

\n </li>\n
