Reflex The operating system for building mission-critical enterprise apps.
Growth Lead $120K - $180K • 0.10% - 0.30% • San Francisco, CA, US Job type Full-time Role Sales Experience 3+ years Visa US citizen/visa only Skills Python, SQL, LLMs Connect directly with founders of the best YC-funded startups. Apply to role › Alek Petuskey Founder Alek Petuskey Founder About the role About Reflex Reflex is the operating system for building mission-critical enterprise applications.
Today's enterprise stack is fragmented. Shipping an app requires stitching together multiple tools and coordinating across multiple roles. Reflex replaces that complexity with a single, unified platform to build, deploy, and manage production applications end-to-end.
We empower teams to own the entire lifecycle of their apps, from idea to production, without needing specialized infrastructure, DevOps, or platform teams. We do this by providing solid, reusable abstractions at both the framework and infrastructure layers. Because we own the underlying open-source framework and the platform it runs on, we can manage the full lifecycle of the application seamlessly.
With Reflex, teams securely connect to company data, use AI to build standardized applications on top of our open-source framework, and deploy with a single click to share across their organization.
We're replacing the fragmented enterprise stack, and the organizational bottlenecks that come with it.
Why join Reflex now? Growth: Reflex has powered over 1 million applications, earned 28,000+ GitHub stars, and is used by 30% of Fortune 500 companies for internal tools and data-driven applications.
Team: Work with people who are genuinely passionate about improving the web. Our founding team consists of open source maintainers, top-ranked competitive programmers/IOI medalists, and founding team members from dev tool unicorns.
Future: We are growing extremely quickly and just raised another round of funding.
About the role You will own Reflex's go-to-market motion end-to-end, strategy through execution. We have strong product-market signals (1M+ apps built, 28k+ GitHub stars, Fortune 500 adoption) but no formalized GTM engine. We need someone who has built this before, taken an early-stage startup from unstructured inbound and founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable pipeline, and can bring that playbook to Reflex.
You will:
- Define and execute Reflex's GTM strategy: segmentation, positioning, channel mix, and pipeline architecture from the ground up
- Build the top-of-funnel engine, turning open-source adoption, product usage signals, and community engagement into qualified pipeline
- Stand up the systems and processes to support the motion (CRM, enrichment, outbound, lead scoring, routing) and decide what to build vs buy
- Partner directly with founders to translate product and community momentum into revenue
- Hire and build out the GTM team as the motion matures
- Own the metrics: define what we measure, build the reporting, and drive weekly/quarterly forecasting Qualifications
- You have built a GTM motion at a startup from seed or early Series A through at least Series C. This is the most important qualification. You can walk us through what you built, what worked, what you'd do differently, and what you'd bring to Reflex on day one.
- You've personally owned top-of-funnel strategy and pipeline creation, not just managed a team doing it
- Comfortable operating across strategy and execution. You can set the plan on Monday and get your hands dirty in HubSpot on Tuesday.
- Experience selling to or building GTM for a developer-facing or open-source product is a strong plus
- Technical fluency. You don't need to write production code, but you should be comfortable with data, product signals, and working directly with engineers.
- Bonus: experience with PLG motions, community-led growth, or open-source go-to-market Technology HubSpot / Salesforce, Clay, Python, LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic), Reflex
About the interview
- Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for an intro call.
- After the intro call, there will be a take-home exercise — a realistic GTM-engineering problem covering data, automation, and a short writeup — followed by an on-site with 2–3 interviews, each around 45 minutes, covering technical depth, GTM judgment, and collaboration with founders and AEs.
- Once the interviews are over, the team will meet to discuss the role and candidates, and may ask one or two follow-up questions over email or a quick call before going to an offer. About Reflex Reflex is the operating system for building mission-critical enterprise applications.
