What are your contributions to the team?

Lead and influence the development and implementation of Lean business practices across the organization to enhance growth, productivity, and quality

Partner with site leadership to implement the company’s Lean Enterprise system and ensure best practices in processes, systems, and customer service

Develop, execute, and maintain transformation plans, including leading kaizen events, knowledge sharing, and mentoring future Lean practitioners

Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and monitor progress

Deliver coaching and training on Lean principles, continuous improvement tools, and problem-solving techniques

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and proactive problem-solving among employees
How to thrive in this role?
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline
-
At least two (2) years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operations management
-
Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies; strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities that are required at a level 1.

Experience with demonstrated success developing and implementing continuous improvement programs and have leadership experience within a manufacturing/maintenance environment.

Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate across departments.

Strong interpersonal skills, team leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
