5 Star Nursing Facility- Stable Leadership, Excellent Training for New Nurses. Are you looking for an opportunity to become a Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility? We will provide the training to ensure your success. We have an excellent opportunity for an RN Supervisor. Responsible for the general overseeing of the facility’s operations and management including providing optimal care, communicating the facility’s policies and ensuring the general order, safety and cleanliness of the facility. Follows all health sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the facility’s administration and Nursing policies and procedures.
