Full job description
Lead Change in the Nation’s Capital.
As a Canvass Director, you will lead from the front, develop future leaders, and build a high-performing office that drives real change for the nonprofits we represent.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to own results, grow people, and create lasting impact.
What You’ll Do

Lead daily operations and drive campaign success

Recruit, train, and develop exceptional fundraisers
-
Mentor future leaders and build a strong team culture
-
Coach in the field and lead by example (minimum 4 shifts per week)

Manage performance, meet goals, and complete administrative duties

Location Requirement
Must either live in the Washington, DC area or be willing to relocate.
