Olive Jobs vs Huntr (2026): Pricing and Job Tracking
Huntr organizes a search you run across the web. Olive Jobs has the search built in and a much plainer tracker.
Pick Huntr if you find jobs all over the web and want a tracker to run your whole search from, with contacts, documents and autofill on its free plan. Pick Olive Jobs if you want the openings, the fit read, the résumé and a spoken practice interview in one place and can live with a plain list for tracking.
Tracking is Huntr's main event and a side feature on Olive. If you've landed here because you need a better spreadsheet for your applications, you probably want Huntr, and we'd rather say that up front. Its plan limits and prices below are as of November 2026.
Tracker against search
| Feature | Olive Jobs | Huntr |
|---|---|---|
| Tracking | My Jobs: a list with a status for each job, notes, interview dates and a follow-up reminder. | A tracker you drag jobs through as they progress, with job insights, map view and an interview tracker. |
| Where jobs come from | 1,535,800+ US and US-remote roles open right now. No clipper for jobs elsewhere. | A Chrome clipper that saves from thousands of sites. Its home and pricing pages describe no job board of its own, though a Huntr guide we saw only in search results describes browsing jobs from employer sites. |
| Contacts and documents | None. | Unlimited contacts and up to 100 document uploads on the free plan. |
| Filling forms | A Chrome extension on 40+ job platforms. You review and submit. | One-click autofill on thousands of websites. |
| Résumé | Written in conversation or uploaded for a review, in one design. Each rewritten bullet appears before and after when you tailor. | A builder with templates, AI generators, keyword extraction and match scores. |
| Fit and interview practice | A fit tier for any posting, and spoken practice for it or for a role you name, ending on a scored review. | Match scores for your résumé, an interview tracker and an Interview Question Generator that drafts questions and STAR answers from your résumé. Mock interviews aren't on the pages we read. |
A board you feed, or a list that fills as you go
Huntr's setup suits a search you run yourself. You spot a job on some site, clip it, and move it across stages as things happen. Over a long search that history is the useful part: what you sent, who you talked to, what happened next. Its free plan is generous with this up to a point, and it's ad-free. The cap to watch is 100 tracked jobs. That's plenty for a focused search and not much for a spray.
Olive assumes the search happens inside it. Jobs you save go into My Jobs, you set a status, and you get a follow-up reminder after you apply. There's no board to drag across, no map and no contact list. The reason to accept that is what happens around the list: you can ask whether you fit a posting, have the résumé rewritten for it and rehearse the interview for it, without leaving or pasting anything in.
If you want a sense of how long you might be tracking things for, our guide on how long a job search takes has the honest answer, and our follow-up email guide covers what to do when a reminder comes up.
When to pick Huntr instead
- You think in columns and like moving cards across a board.
- You're applying through many sites and want one place for all of it.
- Your search runs on contacts as well as applications.
- You want unlimited autofill without paying.
Huntr and Olive don't conflict, either. You can run your search on a Huntr board and use Olive to read your fit and practice.
Free limits and Pro
| What it costs | Olive Jobs | Huntr |
|---|---|---|
| Without paying | Free to use, with limits. Search, saved jobs, job alerts, résumé uploads, edits and downloads of your résumés are open on every plan. Searching needs no account. | Up to 100 tracked jobs, unlimited base résumés, unlimited contacts and unlimited autofills, with a small grant of AI credits. |
| Paid plan | Plus is $19/month, cancel anytime. | Pro is $40 a month, $90 every 3 months or $160 every 6 months. |
| Tailored résumés | 2 AI résumés a month on Free. 60 AI résumés a month on Plus. | |
| Autofill | 1 autofill a month on Free. 1,000 autofills a month on Plus. One Auto-fill run in which AI answers a question — a form with several pages can use one per page. |
Where each one runs out
| Area | Olive Jobs | Huntr |
|---|---|---|
| Tracking | A plain list. No board view, no contacts, no way to clip jobs from other sites. | The free plan stops at 100 tracked jobs. |
| Your search | Only jobs in Olive, which means US and US-remote roles. | Its home page centers on jobs you bring yourself, so check whether job browsing is on your account. |
| Preparation | No templates to choose from: résumés come in one design. | Generated questions and answers to study, but no spoken mock interview on the pages we read. |
When you don't want to run a system
You don't want to run a system, you want to get ready for specific jobs. You'd use the AI job search to find them, tailor your résumé for the good ones, and rehearse. How Olive works has the details.

Quick answers
Is Huntr free?
Huntr has a free plan with up to 100 tracked jobs, unlimited autofills, unlimited contacts and a small number of job-tailored résumés. Its paid Pro plan removes the limits on tracking, tailoring and AI.
Does Huntr have a job board?
Its home and pricing pages describe saving jobs from other sites, not a board of its own. A Huntr guide we could only see in search results describes browsing jobs from employer sites, so check your account. Olive Jobs has its own listings and no job clipper.
Does Olive Jobs have a Kanban board?
No. My Jobs is a list with a status for each job, notes, interview dates and a follow-up reminder. If you think in columns you drag cards across, Huntr suits you better.
