This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with Adecco , offering the chance to join our internal team and build your career in recruiting and staffing.

As an Onsite Recruiter, you'll be at the center of our recruiting operation, connecting with candidates, helping them through the hiring and onboarding process, supporting our associates, and partnering with the onsite team to meet our hiring goals.

A typical day may include:

• Recruiting and screening candidates for current openings

• Conducting interviews and helping candidates understand available opportunities

• Guiding new hires through the onboarding process

• Building a pipeline of candidates for upcoming hiring needs

• Posting jobs and sourcing candidates using Adecco's recruiting tools

• Keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process

• Supporting associates after they begin their assignments

• Partnering with the onsite team to stay ahead of recruiting and staffing needs

• Helping create a positive experience for candidates, associates, and our client

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who brings energy, organization, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people . You'll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but we're also interested in people with strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills who are excited to grow their recruiting experience.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
