Day Compensation Hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Description

Serves as account liaison coordinating and executing account SLA's. Serves as a primary point of contact for auction vendors / clients. Engages with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure the work agreed upon is completed to client expectations. Offer solutions and ensure the sales proceed in a manner that is mutually beneficial, for the client and for Cox. Coordinates with auction personnel and other stakeholders across all aspects of customer engagement.

  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Review vehicles in sale line up, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representative to ensure vehicles are ready and parked on-spot on-time for sale.
  • Preforms basic client services duties such as monitoring vehicle reconditioning processes, supporting client team, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth auction operations.
  • Educates on company products and services.
  • With assistance from more senior peers and multiple auction departments, reviews sales lineup vehicles, recommending and coordinating reconditioning services, and conducting condition report and imaging audits to reduce the risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses
  • Develops a foundational understanding of auction services concepts and methodologies including but not limited to condition report data and the vehicle inspection process.
  • Basic knowledge of computers software including Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and other internal business technology platforms.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
  • Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Qualifications: Minimum:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline;
  • OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience vehicle reconditioning and or general auto body knowledge
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written skills preferred.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level. 85% outdoors / 15% indoors (admin duties)
