About the Role

Reporting to the Brand Development Manager, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing and measuring brand performance, equity, and perception in the market. This role owns consumer insight platforms, including Scintilla, Stratum, Symphony, and One Pulse/survey platforms, and collects and interprets data on market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform brand positioning, strategy, and marketing initiatives.

  • The Marketing Analyst analyzes and reports on marketing programming for Wis-Pak Brands and WP Beverages, including e-commerce, social spend, marketing programs such as Nurse of the Year, celebrity partnerships, NIL, and account-specific programs

  • The role provides routine sales reporting and fulfills ad hoc report requests for Meijer, regional, and smaller national accounts

  • The Marketing Analyst also owns and maintains the monthly promo summary document and creates planograms (POGs) for WP Beverages

  • The Marketing Analyst will collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate brand insights into business strategies

  • The Marketing Analyst is also responsible for enhancing the marketing budgeting process, sales-deck development, as well as data retention and analysis.

  • Additional duties as assigned

Every member of the Wis-Pak Brand & WP Beverages Team is a salesperson for our brands and the company. Therefore, the Marketing Analyst must be focused on profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs. The Marketing Analyst must also be focused on the development of the Wis-Pak Brands and WP Beverages portfolio assuring the long-term success of the Shareholders by developing nationally recognized and distributed beverage brands which enhance existing product portfolios.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across departments

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills are needed as demonstrated by previous work experience. The position requires an individual who will “dig” into issues and follow through until resolution.

  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through.

  • Familiarity with brand equity measurement frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
