At High Steel Structures, we don’t just fabricate steel, we forge the backbone of America’s infrastructure. With over one million tons of structural steel fabricated in the past two decades, we’ve earned our reputation as the fabricator of choice for complex bridge and transportation projects across North America.
This is a Fall '26 - Spring '27 opportunity for career-driven students interested in pursuing a career in welding/steel fabrication.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age

Enrollment in a welding and/or metal fabrication program required

High school students under 18 must present proof of CTC/CTE program enrollment to be granted an interview

The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary

Team-player attitude and strong attention-to-detail.
