Full job description
Position Summary We are a professional security staffing and training company focused on hospitality-based security, de-escalation, and operational excellence. We sell safety, calm, trust, and risk reduction — and we need an SDR who gets that difference. This is a high-impact remote sales role with real earning potential. You'll build qualified pipeline through strategic outreach, executive-level relationship building, and disciplined CRM management — all while representing a brand that stands for something meaningful. What You'll Be Doing As a SDR, you will own new business development through targeted outbound sales. This is not a generic cold-calling role — you will become a knowledgeable brand ambassador who can identify real security pain points and move qualified prospects toward discovery meetings and proposals. Research and build targeted prospect lists across hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and more Identify and contact decision makers (Directors of Security, Operations, Facilities, General Managers, etc.) Conduct high-volume, consultative outbound calls (25–40/day) and book qualified discovery meetings Send tailored, personalized email outreach — never mass blasts Maintain clean, same-day CRM updates in HubSpot Qualify opportunities across service lines: staffing, de-escalation training, SOP creation, consulting, and event security Submit weekly activity reports and escalate hot leads immediately Prepare meeting briefs for leadership before each booked call What We're Looking For B2B outbound sales or appointment-setting experience — required Strong phone presence and professional written communication CRM experience — HubSpot preferred; Apollo, Seamless AI, or Salesforce also valued High-volume call comfort — this role involves consistent daily outbound activity Strong follow-up discipline — you never leave a qualified lead without a next step Ability to learn a nuanced service offering and speak confidently with executives Detail-oriented, organized, and coachable — you keep your CRM clean because you take pride in it Comfortable with rejection — you're persistent without being pushy Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in security services, staffing, hospitality, healthcare, or facilities Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Seamless Experience supporting multi-state or remote sales teams Experience working with U.S.-based B2B clients
