Full job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will join our team at the CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs main campus ENT clinic, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our community.

Every day you will provide expert clinical care, utilizing your training to conduct detailed assessments, diagnose, treat, and monitor chronic conditions. You will serve as an essential member of our ENT specialty team, collaborating closely with our physicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and improved health outcomes within our clinic setting.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical skills, a commitment to high-quality comprehensive care, and a passion for working within a supportive, community-focused practice. In your role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive primary and ENT-related care to patients of all ages.

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state protocols.

  • Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding their treatment plans and health maintenance.

  • Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records to ensure efficient clinical documentation.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas

  • Current AHA Basic Life Support certification

Pay Range

$104,000 - $120,000 /year
