Responsibilities

Under general administrative direction, the PCC Program Manager provides programmatic leadership and oversight for pre‑hospital care activities within the assigned Base Hospital area. The role is primarily responsible for the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of EMS clinical programs, policies, and operational standards, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and County regulations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.

  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

  • Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

  • Current PALS (AHA) certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

  • Current MICN Certification and maintain current.

  • Current TNCC Certification

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an MICN preferred

  • 5 years’ experience in an emergency department or other emergency services experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Title 22 and EMS Authority regulations

  • EMS quality improvement and data reporting county training within six months.

  • Leadership/supervisory experience preferred

Pay Transparency

St. Francis Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $108,160.00 to $162,468.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
