What You’ll Do This Summer…

  • The Sales, Category Management & Business Analytics Internship (Summer 2027) is a 10-12 week paid assignment.

  • The internship is designed to provide a student with real-world experience supporting commercial strategy, category growth, and customer development initiatives through projects involving analyzing sales, shopper, and brand data and converting them into insights.

  • Students will have the opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions, corporate meetings, networking events, customer presentations, and/or community activities.

  • The internship will involve value-added projects with opportunities to interact with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management teams to develop cross-functional business skills.

  • Projects will involve utilizing data and insights to identify opportunities, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Potential for the internship to lead to full-time employment after graduation!

About the Sales Team…

The Sales Team is a dynamic group of thought leaders that focus on internal and external sales strategies. The team is responsible for building strong relationships with our key customers, ensuring forecasts and sales plans are reflective of the most up to date information to keep our customers supplied and shelves full, keeping our customers supplied with actionable insights to manage our shared business, and managing our customer order processing. The team works diligently to understand what our customers want and need so we can deliver high quality, safe, and nutritious foods for babies and toddlers!

About the Work Environment…

This position is located at the Amsterdam, New York LEED® certified production facility. Most job functions are performed in a well-lit, environmentally controlled office environment. The candidate will also be required to work in an environment that requires hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, hearing protection and lab coat. Restrictions include wearing of jewelry, nail polish and acrylic nails. Other personal protection equipment may be required for certain tasks.

What You’ll Need…

  • Must be registered as a current full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field (ex. Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics).

  • Applicant must be authorized to work in the US for the entire duration of the internship.

  • Prefer at least 3rd year of study has been completed.

  • Must demonstrate a 3.0 cumulative GPA.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Above average skills, especially in Excel.
