Pool Construction Project Manager

$90,000-$120,000 salary + bonus

Own the field execution of custom concrete pool projects from excavation through completion.

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Pool Construction Project Manager to oversee quality, scheduling, subcontractors, documentation, and field execution for custom concrete pool projects.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules across excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, decking, finishes, and related phases.

  • Visit active jobsites daily to inspect quality, verify adherence to plans/codes, and monitor site safety.

  • Build productive subcontractor relationships and hold partners accountable to quality and deadlines.

  • Provide field feedback on designs and support project estimating and client selections as needed.

  • Monitor material deliveries and ensure equipment and materials are staged correctly.

  • Identify and troubleshoot field issues to keep projects on schedule.

  • Communicate progress, delays, changes, and needs to clients and internal leadership.

  • Maintain accurate construction logs, photos, and project documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of custom concrete pool construction experience or related high-end hardscape experience.

  • Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

What Will Help You Stand Out

  • Technical knowledge of concrete pool structures, plumbing/hydraulic systems, and finish installation.

  • Pool construction coursework through Watershape University or Genesis is a plus.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Strong professional communication and conflict-management skills.

  • Comfort learning and using construction technology platforms.

  • High character and integrity; humble, hungry, and smart in working with others.

Physical & Work Environment This position requires regular work on active construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain and working around heavy equipment, noise, dust, wet surfaces, and changing weather. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
