Job Description Investigating and resolving compliance issues by leading investigations, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and resolving compliance issues to prevent future occurrences. Keeping up with regulatory compliance changes by staying informed about new laws, government regulations, and best industry practices. Manager of Regulatory Compliance The Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administration and oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence. The role provides oversight for matters including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC), and other external agencies for regulatory compliance. This position works closely with facility leadership, and department leaders across the organization to support facilitation, development, and implementation of systems to ensure compliance. Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 1 – 3 years

  • 1+ years of technical and managerial experience in accreditation

  • Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or Certified in Healthcare Quality and
