Full job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Canas Day Center | Springfield, MA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Wage: $36.00–$38.00/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

License Requirement: Active Massachusetts RN License Required

Experience: 1+ Year of RN Experience Working with Medically Complex Individuals

Language Preference: Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program

  • Active Massachusetts RN license required

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience working with medically complex individuals

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification

  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

  • Experience supporting older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred
