Full job description
CIOs and CTOs are under real pressure: modernize legacy systems, adopt AI, cut costs, and satisfy regulators, all while managing rising complexity. Without an integrated architecture, transformation stalls in silos and never scales past pilot. RGP's Technology Strategy & Enablement practice exists to close that gap. We are seeking an experienced and driven Director to lead client engagements, grow the practice, and help technology leaders turn ambition into capability that scales.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology strategy, target operating model design, application portfolio rationalization, technology governance, and modernization roadmap development, along with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage senior client relationships, and deliver complex engagements. This individual will play a key role in executing go-to-market initiatives, supporting business development, and helping to scale RGP's Technology Strategy & Enablement offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing consulting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering measurable value to clients. This role reports to the Practice Leader, Technology Strategy & Enablement.
Location and travel: Based in New York, NY, hybrid, with travel to client sites as engagements require (typically [25-50%]). Team: leads engagement teams of [3-10] consultants and on-demand talent, with ongoing coaching responsibility for a group of technology practitioners.
Base Pay Range: $170,000 - $213,000
