Purpose
Own program and project management for BIM Central end toend — accountable for the operating rhythm, planning discipline, and thedeadlines and quality standards the team delivers against. This role sets thebar and is answerable for reliable, on-time execution.
About BIM Central
BIM Central is a cross-functional team within GOES-Tech thatleads Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy across the asset lifecycle —from site search, through construction, into operations, asset management, andretrofits. The team makes building data accessible, trustworthy, and compliant,governs the vendor relationships and licensing behind it, convenes the designand construction community across Amazon, and puts that data to work advancingAmazon’s digital-twin vision, where disciplined planning and reliable, on-timeexecution are essential. This role exists to establish and drive that rigor.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery : set and enforceplanning discipline, own the project plans of record, and drive the team to thedeadlines and quality bar — responsible for outcomes and for resolving risks,dependencies, and blockers.

Own tooling & standards : define howthe team plans and works, own the project-management tooling and set thestandards and system of record that everyone operates within.

Drive reporting end to end : own the data,accuracy, and delivery of all external reporting (goal updates, Flash Reports) surfacingrisks and program health proactively so nothing reaches leadership by surprise.

Drive the operating cadence : own therecurring team forums (set the agenda, drive decisions and follow-through, andhold owners accountable to their commitments).

Drive planning : own the goal-setting andQuarterly Planning process — orchestrate inputs, drive alignment, and beaccountable for the team’s commitments landing on time.

Own the BIM Summit end to end :accountable for the outcome of the bi-annual BIM Summit — agenda, content,facilitation, logistics, and results.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications

3+ years of program or project managementexperience
-
Experience using data and metrics to determineand drive improvements
-
Experience working cross functionally with techand non-tech teams
-
Experience with basic web-based tools andproducts like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
-
3+ years of defining and implementing processimprovement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Preferred qualifications
-
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, andcommunicating results to senior leadership experience
-
3+ years of driving process improvementsexperience
-
Experience in stakeholder management, dealingwith multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

PMP and experience building processes, projectmanagement, and schedules

Familiarity with the AEC domain, BIM, orconstruction technology.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the BIM Program Manager position is $105,000 annually [or $50.47 per hour] and the maximum salary for the BIM Program Manager position is $115,000 annually [or $55.28 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
