Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aladdin Platform to join their team.
Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Aladdin Platform (or similar OMS)
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Old City)
Pay Range: $65-85/hr on W2 (depending on experience)
What's the Job?

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Aladdin platform (or similar OMS such as Charles River, Bloomberg, etc) initiatives, managing technical execution and alignment with business objectives.

Partner with senior business stakeholders to define requirements, assess workflows, and translate needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.

Work closely with engineering teams on solution design, system functionality, integrations, and Aladdin workflow enhancements.

Oversee project plans, technical dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.

Coordinate across front-office, middle-office, back-office, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful implementation.

What's Needed?
-
7+ years of project management experience within financial services or investment management.

Deep, hands-on Aladdin platform (or similar OMS such as Charles River, Bloomberg, etc) knowledge, including system functionality, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.

Strong understanding of the investment trade lifecycle, including front-, middle-, and back-office processes.

Experience translating complex business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, and engineering deliverables.

Proven ability to work directly with developers, engineering teams, and senior business stakeholders.

Strong technical communication, requirements management, and cross-functional delivery skills.
