Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Digital Transformation Change Manager to join their team. As a Digital Transformation Change Manager, you will be part of the Therapeutics Development & Supply organization supporting organizational readiness and successful adoption of new digital capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, proven organizational change management experience, and the ability to translate complex digital transformation impacts into practical, adoption-focused plans that help scientific and operational teams thrive.

Job Title: Digital Transformation Change Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $65/hour, w2

What's the Job?

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans that support digital transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical R&D and scientific operations.

  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers.

  • Partner with Project Managers and business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans, implementation timelines, and governance expectations.

  • Design targeted stakeholder engagement and communication plans for scientific, operational, technical, and leadership audiences, and facilitate workshops and readiness sessions.

  • Support digital adoption through training strategy coordination, change champion enablement, KPI monitoring, and post-implementation reinforcement—ensuring alignment with relevant GxP, documentation, procedural, and regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management activities for complex digital transformation, technology implementation, or business process improvement initiatives.

  • Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of regulated scientific or operational environments.

  • Proven ability to conduct stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, change planning, and adoption activities.

  • Experience developing communications strategies, training approaches, stakeholder engagement plans, and change management deliverables.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across scientific, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
