Sun River Health and Rehabilitation is a brand new, 120 bed skilled nursing facility opening in Great Falls at the end of September.
We are building our nursing team from the ground up, and we are looking for Registered Nurses who want more than a place to clock in. This is an opportunity to join a new facility before the doors open, help establish the culture, and become part of the team from day one.
There are no outdated routines to inherit and no established cliques to navigate. We are creating a workplace centered on excellent resident care, strong teamwork, clear communication, and respect for the people doing the work.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at Sun River, you will play an important role in establishing the level of care our residents and families can expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition
Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
Developing and updating individualized care plans
Communicating with physicians, residents, families, and the care team
Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff
Responding promptly to changes in resident condition
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Helping create a safe, organized, and respectful environment
Contributing ideas that improve resident care and the employee experience
What We Are Looking For
Current Montana RN license or eligible multistate compact license
Current CPR or BLS certification, or willingness to obtain it
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
A dependable and team focused approach
A genuine commitment to resident care
Skilled nursing experience is preferred, but [not required]
