Our team is seeking a Music Education Dealer Program Leader who contributes to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by accelerating profitable growth through Wenger Corporation's Music Education dealer, channel, and strategic account networks. This individual contributor role develops and executes growth strategies that expand market coverage, strengthen dealer and partner performance, improve customer experiences, and create scalable, repeatable commercial processes that drive revenue, margin, and market-share growth.

Serving as the business leader for the Music Education channel, the position translates market opportunities into clear priorities, programs, partnerships, and growth initiatives that deliver measurable business results. The role leverages deep channel expertise to develop dealer capabilities, optimize partner relationships, expand market penetration, and align cross-functional resources to build a customer-focused and sustainable growth engine.

At a minimum you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

Ten (10) or more years of successful leadership experience driving growth through dealer, distributor, channel partner, national account, or other indirect sales models, including responsibility for business development, partner management, strategic accounts, and commercial execution.

Demonstrated track record of creating and executing multi-year channel growth strategies that expanded market coverage, increased partner performance, strengthened dealer engagement, and accelerated revenue growth through dealer, distributor, and other indirect sales channels.

Demonstrated success developing, growing, optimizing, and managing dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks that deliver measurable revenue, margin, market-share, and customer-coverage growth.

Demonstrated success translating dealer and channel strategies into repeatable business processes, programs, and growth initiatives that improve customer experience, strengthen partner relationships, expand market penetration, and deliver measurable commercial results.

Strong understanding of dealer economics, incentive structures, selling processes, territory and coverage models, customer buying processes, and the factors that create successful manufacturer-partner relationships.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to connect pricing, partner performance, market coverage, revenue, margin, and business results.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to achieve strategic business objectives.

Proficiency with a CRM

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products

It'd be great if you also have:

Experience in music education, performing arts, institutional, durable-goods, or other project-based markets served through dealer, distributor, or channel-partner networks.

Experience leading or expanding dealer, distributor, national-account, cooperative-contract, or channel relationships at a national or multi-regional level.

Experience using dealer, customer, and market insights to shape commercial programs, channel strategies, market-development priorities, product opportunities, and new business initiatives.

Salesforce experience

As a Music Education Dealer Business Leader a typical day might include:

Developing and executing the Music Education dealer and channel growth strategy, establishing annual and long-term objectives for revenue, margin, market penetration, dealer performance, national contracts, and strategic growth initiatives.

Leading and evolving Wenger's Music Education dealer program, including partner segmentation, commercial strategy, pricing, coverage models, program requirements, performance standards, and overall channel effectiveness.

Recruiting, developing, managing dealer and channel partners, expand market coverage, improve partner capabilities, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Developing and executing growth plans for priority dealers, national accounts, and purchasing programs, identify opportunities to increase market share, strengthen strategic relationships, and accelerate revenue growth.

Owning national contracts, purchasing programs, and key channel partnerships, ensuring strong performance, effective renewals, pricing execution, compliance, and ongoing business development.

Leading, coaching, and developing Territory Sales representatives, establishing priorities, accountability, performance expectations, and development plans that drive execution and results.

Aligning dealer, customer, and sales-team efforts to create and convert pipelines, supporting strategic opportunities, coordinating major bids, defining opportunity ownership, and driving collaboration between dealers and Wenger's sales organization.

Serving as the business leader for the Music Education channel, leveraging market intelligence, leading cross-functional initiatives, establishing key performance metrics, representing the voice of the customer and dealer, and delivering sales, profit, and strategic growth objectives.
