Job Description

Chase is on a mission to make financial health simple, intuitive, and accessible for everyone — and the products you build will be at the center of that mission. As a leader at one of the world's most innovative financial institutions, you'll have the resources, data, and scale to create experiences that genuinely change how people manage their money.

As a Product Director at JPMorganChase within Consumer & Community Banking, you will own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end product development of personal financial management features and capabilities — including next-generation agentic experiences that proactively guide customers toward smarter financial decisions. You will lead a team of product professionals and partner across design, engineering, data, and business to bring transformative digital products to life at scale. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of consumer finance, artificial intelligence, and human-centered design, where your work will directly shape the financial lives of millions of Chase customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for personal financial management features and agentic experiences within Chase Digital

  • Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and ideation through launch, iteration, and scale

  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into a clear, actionable product roadmap

  • Champion agentic and AI-powered experience design, identifying opportunities to proactively surface personalized financial guidance for customers

  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations leaders across Consumer & Community Banking to align on priorities and deliver high-quality product outcomes

  • Define and track key performance indicators, using data and experimentation to continuously improve product performance and customer impact

  • Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership through compelling storytelling, clear prioritization frameworks, and outcome-driven narratives

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and customer obsession

  • Identify and navigate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across a complex, matrixed organization

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and development for consumer-facing digital products at significant scale

  • Proven ability to define and execute a product vision that balances customer needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility

  • Deep understanding of personal financial management, consumer banking, or adjacent fintech domains

  • Experience building and shipping AI-powered or agentic product experiences

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using experimentation and metrics to guide product direction

  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions

  • Experience leading and developing teams of product managers in a fast-paced, complex environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working within financial services, consumer-facing fintech, or highly regulated digital product environments

  • Experience leading development of AI-powered and Agentic products

  • Track record of launching zero-to-one products as well as scaling mature platforms

  • Experience with agile product development methodologies and cross-functional delivery models

  • Experience using agentic product development tools throughout the lifecycle to improve velocity and quality

  • Background in behavioral economics, financial wellness, or consumer money management tools
