OB/GYN Laborist Opportunity - Join a Thriving Women's Health Team

We are seeking a dedicatedBoard-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Laboristto join our dynamic and growing women's health program.
In this full-time laborist role, you'll provide focused inpatient obstetric care in our modern Family Birth Center, with no outpatient clinic responsibilties. Enjoy a predictable shift-based schedule that supports excellent work-life balance while delivering high-quality care to mothers and babies.
Responsibilities
Position Highlights:

True laborist model - minimal or no home call

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Passionate about high-quality obstetric care and team-based practice

Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach

Laborist or robust L&D experience preferred

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $300,000 - $350,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
