Junior DevOps Engineer An innovative trading technology organization is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to help strengthen and scale the infrastructure behind its real-time trading platforms. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, automation, and operations while gaining hands-on experience in a highly technical environment. As part of a collaborative engineering team, you'll contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical systems. You'll have the chance to work with modern infrastructure technologies, support production environments, and help implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related technical field

• Hands-on experience supporting both Linux and Windows-based systems

• Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using tools such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Foundational understanding of networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting

• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues

• Experience querying and working with relational databases

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Comfortable working in an onsite, team-oriented environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Exposure to financial technology, trading platforms, or other performance-driven systems

• Knowledge of source control tools and automated deployment practices

• Experience using infrastructure monitoring and system health tools

• Familiarity with physical server environments, hosting facilities, or data centers

• Understanding of structured data formats such as JSON, XML, or similar technologies

• Experience reviewing logs, network diagnostics, or system performance data

• Interest in distributed systems, networking, and infrastructure architecture
